Olympus:

Silas Vleughels, who is almost retired, does not realize it yet, but he is a man on the edge of the abyss. His wife is on a trip around the world, his furniture business is bankrupt and he clings to a job as a Building Technician at the Sint Thomas psychiatric hospital, where the many patients unravel his heart and soul day after day. He is a brave knight with only weapons being his trusty ladder, his battered toolbox and his sober wits, battling the invisible monsters and terrors that constantly beset Saint Thomas and his inhabitants. Old Silas feels the weight of the years in his shoulders, hands and thoughts, breathlessly chasing the world that runs further and further away from him. How long can he keep the high walls of the institution and of his mind intact?

Erik Heiser:

Erik works as an international logistics specialist at a forwarding company, where he tries with all the effort in the world to arrange the transport by sea of hazardous substances that hate water, a job that requires a lot of well-argued business writing. In 2014 he won the Paul Harland Prize and in 2015 the Ward Ruyslinck Prize. This debut at a later age is at the same time will and birth certificate of an old dream that was allowed to become reality after a long time.
